Pathcom Wireless Tackles Telecommunications Challenges Beyond the Urban Sphere

       COCHRANE, AB, Sept. 17 - Pathcom Wireless Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of its rural residential business and 3.5GHz licensed spectrum to Barrett Broadband Networks. The sale marks Pathcom's refined focus on its core business of providing wireless communications services to meet the requirements of commercial customers in remote underserved locations. Pathcom will assist Barrett to ensure a smooth transition of services to Barrett's network. Pathcom intends to collaborate with Barrett to access WiMAX spectrum in remote areas where Pathcom serves the resource development industry. Pathcom continues to serve the oil and gas sector locally and internationally using "best fit" managed wireless systems including satellite, microwave and WiMAX technologies.

     An APEGGA registered engineering company, Pathcom will continue to engineer, furnish, install and manage private networks including IP hosting services for video conferencing, video surveillance, VoIP and managed Transparent LAN Service (TLS).
